Lowest Price Guarantee Policy

Our lowest price guarantee means that if you find a competitor's lower price for an identical and in-stock item, we'll beat it by 5%. 

Lowest Price Terms & Conditions

An item is defined as the product or products subject to a Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG) enquiry by a customer to zerodrop Australia (ZD).

This guarantee applies to items sold online only. The item:

must be new.

must be in stock at the nominated competitor's site.

must be able to be both purchased and delivered to your location (the location you intend zerodrop to deliver to) from the competitors site.

must not be excluded from the Lowest Price Guarantee.

Items Excluded from the LPG.

Items subject to:

Stock Liquidations (e.g. closing down sales, clearance products, items sold as a result of liquidation)

Commercial Quantities of Products (e.g. wholesale pricing not normally available to the public)

Intangible Assets (e.g. gift cards)

ZD reserves the right to re-assess items on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

LPG Claim Procedure

To commence a claim for an eligible item, customers must utilise the 'Contact Us' form located here. On that form, select 'Price Match' from the Enquiry Type Box; this will allow ZD staff to process an LPG claim more efficiently. 

If successful, ZD will provide an exclusive discount code valid 24 hours from issue for the eligible item. This code can only be used once for the specific item subject to the successful claim.
