Shipping
Yes, we prefer to use Australia Post (AUSPost) based on customer feedback, however, this isn't always possible.
For some specialty deliveries, we will utilise private couriers.
If you've accidentally selected a specialty shipping option, you are able to cancel and re-order prior to dispatch.
ZERODROP will send a notification indicating whether the order has already been dispatched. In which case, the order has already been passed onto our couriers and there's not much we can do.
Either way, you're always able to contact us if you've run into any issues.
Same-day Delivery
Same-Day delivery is currently only available to customers in: Newcastle NSW, Port Stephens NSW.
For eligible customers, Same-Day delivery currently costs $35.95.
If you place an order before 11am AEST, that order will be delivered to your nominated address before 9pm AEST the same day.
Same-Day delivery is available from Monday to Friday excluding Public and other National Holidays unless otherwise specified.
ZERODROP will advise customers on this website if there are any courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances which could render this service temporarily unavailable.
If you had selected Same-Day or Next-Day delivery and there was no notice issued by ZERODROP on this website prior to the time that your order was placed indicating that the service was unavailable, you will be eligible for a refund and your order will be delivered at the next availability.
Next-Day Delivery
Next-day delivery is currently only available to customers in: Newcastle NSW, Port Stephens NSW.
For eligible customers, Next-Day delivery currently costs $25.95.
If you place an order before 9pm AEST, that order will be delivered to your nominated address before 9pm AEST the next day.
Next-Day delivery is available from Sunday to Thursday excluding Public and other National Holidays unless otherwise specified.

Flat-Rate Delivery
Due to the complexity of Australia's postal systems, Flat-Rate delivery is only available to selected states.
If you are in an area eligible for Flat-Rate delivery, the option 'Flat-Rate' delivery will become available to you at checkout.
For eligible customers, Flat-Rate delivery currently costs $12.95.
Estimated Timeframes*: 3-7 business days for Metro areas, 5-14 business days for Regional and 14-21 business days for Country areas.
*the timeframes provided are an estimate only and fall under Clause 6 'Delivery times' in our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, once the product has left our hands, we have no control over the processes, omissions or actions of the nominated courier. Sendle Delivery
Sendle delivery is normally available nationwide.
The cost of Sendle delivery will depend on your location and the rates charged by the most suitable carrier.
Generally, costs range from $9.90 for Metro areas, $14.90 for Regional and $21.90 for Country areas.

Yes, the products we sell are consumable, so therefore can potentially be very dangerous if handled incorrectly or tampered with in any way.
The safety of our customers is very important to us, so we may deem some products not fit for return or refund if applicable.
